- Citrus juicer
Ingredient
- 3/4 cup (175ml) pink grapefruit (about 1 big grapefruit)
- 3/4 cup (175ml) strawberry juice (about 2 cups of strawberries)
- 10 oz (300ml) Schizandra Rose Kombucha Rise or home made kombucha with a couple of drops of rose water
- 4 frozen strawberries
For party nights
- Replace kombucha with champaign or sparkling white wine.
Instructions
- Press the grapefruit with the citrus press.
- Put strawberries through the juicer.
- Serve juice and kombucha (or champagne or sparkling white wine).
- Add frozen strawberries for ice cubes.
