All prices are in Canadian dollars. If you are a US/international customer, your actual exchange rate will be that of your credit card. All Canadian residents will have to pay the GST tax, while Quebec residents will have to pay the GST and QST taxes, for all taxable products. No tax will be charged for residents of the United States and any other resident outside of Canada.


Crudessence shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Crudessence has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of the exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


In the event that a Crudessence product is erroneous or listed at an incorrect price, Crudessence reserves the right to refuse or cancel all orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Crudessence reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order even if it has been confirmed and charged to your credit card account. If the order has already been billed to your credit card and your order is cancelled, Crudessence undertakes to credit your account by reimbursing your credit card for the value of the price error.
