Like every great story, Crudessence was born from the idea of two persons with the will to live a better life.
Crudessence is born
In 2006, 2 Quebecers (David Côté and Mathieu Gallant) met in the Hawaian jungle. It is through living from nature’s edibles that they involuntarily discovered the power of living foods. One was dreaming of a restaurant, the other one of an educative Kombucha company. Crudessence was then born.
Delivery of organic lunchboxes
David Côté and Mathieu Gallant, long haired, brown pants, start a delivery service for organic lunchboxes. They call the project Crudessence.

Turning to ready-to-eat
