  • 1/4 cup (35 g) dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
  • 1 1/2 cup (185 g) rasberries
  • 355 ml Rose or hibiscus Kombucha Rise (1 small bottle) 
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grossly chopped ginger
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp honey (preferably organic and non-pasteurized)

Suggested decoration

  • 1 branch of mint in each glass.


  • Soak dried cranberries for an hour in the 125ml (1/2 cup) of water.
  • Place cranberries and soaking water in blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend to a creamy smoothie texture. Drink right away.


This is the ideal drink for heat waves. The rose and mint refresh your body, while the raspberry, ginger and kombucha stimulate your senses…so you can dance the night away. For a pronounced aphrodisiac effect, add maca or muira puama dye.
