- 3 cups (430g) corn kernels
- 1 cup (120g) fresh basil
- 2 tbs sliced red onions
- 2 cup (60g) spinach
- 2/3 cup (160g) avocado (about 1 avocado)
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 4 cups (1L) water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients into a smooth cream. Garnish with basil and kernels of corn.
Notes
Keeps 2 days in the fridge in a sealed container.
