  • 3 cups (430g) corn kernels
  • 1 cup (120g) fresh basil
  • 2 tbs sliced red onions
  • 2 cup (60g) spinach
  • 2/3 cup (160g) avocado (about 1 avocado)
  • 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 4 cups (1L) water

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients into a smooth cream. Garnish with basil and kernels of corn.
