- 2 cups (450g) large tomato cubes
- 2 cups (450g) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup (30g) finely sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup (30g) chopped fresh basil
- 2 cup (300g) sliced cucumbers
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/8 tsp cumin power
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1/8 tsp garlic puree (optional)
- In the blender, reduce tomato cubes to a puree.
- In a serving bowl, incorporate the remaining ingredients and stir.
Keeps 2 days in the fridge in a sealed container.
