Ingredient

  • 2 cups (450g) large tomato cubes
  • 2 cups (450g) diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup (30g) finely sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup (30g) chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cup (300g) sliced cucumbers
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp cumin power
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp garlic puree (optional)

Instructions

  • In the blender, reduce tomato cubes to a puree.
  • In a serving bowl, incorporate the remaining ingredients and stir.

Notes

Keeps 2 days in the fridge in a sealed container.
